1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 786 BDT ("we", "us", "the platform") in connection with your use of the 786 BDT website, mobile application, and all associated services.

When registering on 786 BDT, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use false information, another person's details, or fictitious identities.

• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

786 BDT processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods on the platform. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

Deposits are credited to your 786 BDT wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 10 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing times may be longer. 786 BDT will communicate any known delays through the platform.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on 786 BDT:

• You must use a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• 786 BDT does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by support.
• 786 BDT reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

786 BDT offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms provide the general framework that applies to all bonus offers on 786 BDT.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.

6 Gameplay Rules

786 BDT offers a range of games including Crash Bonus, Dice, Fishing, Fisher Game, Coin, and Win Drop. Each game operates on a provably fair random number generation system. The rules specific to each game are displayed within the game interface and should be read before placing any bets.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all games on 786 BDT:

• Once a bet is confirmed and a round has started, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a round, 786 BDT will resolve the round based on the server-side result recorded at the time of the fault. If no result was recorded, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing bets. 786 BDT is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface.
• 786 BDT reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other system fault.

All game results on 786 BDT are final once confirmed by the server. If you believe a result is incorrect, you may contact support with your game round ID and the issue will be reviewed. However, results that have been correctly generated by the provably fair system will not be reversed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 786 BDT. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on 786 BDT.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.

10 Account Termination

11 Limitation of Liability

786 BDT provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786 BDT will not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical faults, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond our reasonable control.

• Any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.
